This high-end oceanfront, 3,000-square-foot apartment, located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida is a Miami getaway home for a modern family of four. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

Located in the OCEAN FOUR building on the ocean front line with spectacular water views and sweeping Sunny Isles Beach City views framed by large windows, the mostly natural color interior is flooded with light, giving a wide open and airy feel. We filled the space with emerging art pieces that pop against the light beige walls.

The dining table by Cattelan Italia with leather chairs from Natuzzi Italia creates a neutral environment for the artwork that’s featured in the dining room.

The light beige sofa is accented with orange pillows providing a nice contrast. The natural marble floors also set the tone for the entire apartment, making white and beige the perfect choice for the walls and ceilings.

The owners were looking for a designer who could fuse their love of art and elegant furnishings with the practicality that would fit their lifestyle. Natalia Neverko Design was a natural fit to make their vision a reality. 

We LOVE to design custom pieces for our clients! We also designed the onixe wall and the wet bar with a night mood. Many of the accessories are sourced internationally. We find so many unique and beautiful pieces from our sources around the world.
