The Estates at Acqualina

We have created a unique, innovative, luxury interior design project. located at The Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The residence covers an area of 4,380 sq. ft. With the living room, dining room, and master bedroom facing the ocean. The luxurious ocean-front apartment has a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 and a half bathrooms.

As soon as you walk out of the elevator you get invited by this amazing marble wall. This uniquely designed Italian marble has been selected from the well-known supplier, Opustone. The unique marble wall will be reflected in the wonderful clear mirrored wall design across.

When entering the living/ dining room, you will be amazed by the beautiful, custom, Alex Turco LED wall art selected by our experienced interior designer. The high-end Italian furniture selected from the luxury Italian brand, Visionnaire Home Philosophy, adds another layer of high-end detailing to our interior design. All pieces are carefully selected by our interior designer to make sure they are a perfect fit for the client’s dream
home.

What makes this design unique is the fact that there are no chandeliers used in this residence. Instead, the interior designer used recessed lights throughout as well as LED cove lighting. The amazing Alex Turco LED-lit art panel behind the beds in all bedrooms will be the focus of each room.
