The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami

Our high-end interior design project, “50 shades of white”, is located at the Ritz-Carlton in Bal Harbour, Miami. This 3 bed, 3.5 bath residence covers an area of 3000 square foot. Our budget for this high-end renovation project was set at $1,000,000.

As soon as you enter this luxury apartment, you are welcomed by the sounds and lights controlled by Lutron and Crestron technology. The main concept was to create a flow between the dining and the kitchen. Top floating cabinets with electrical motors have been used to add a more modern touch to this kitchen. Big storage with pocket panels is installed to create as much storage as possible.

The space of this luxurious residence has been opened by adding lots of lights, cove lighting, spotlights, and custom chandeliers. Mirrors used within this design have also been placed to open the space. Our interior designer used the French luxury brand called Roche Bobois for the custom furniture. White Italian wood flooring brightens up the master bedroom while the master bathroom is created to feel as big as possible, by
adding lots of lights.

In this high-end interior design, we added grey photography from artists local to sunny Florida. “The 50 shades of white”, has been expressed in different shades of white textures and materials like leather, fabric, glass, and wood. Overall, this was a very innovative, high-end, luxurious interior design project. The newest technology was used throughout this uniquely designed residence. We managed to create a harmonious space with the elaboration of every detail throughout this modern interior design.
